Required Experience:

• "Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information
• Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. "
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff.
• Proficient in the English language.
• At least 1 year of related high-tech industry experience and/or IT work experience
• Experience maintaining, and supporting applications for Internet/Intranet websites (i.e. HTML pages, maintaining links to sites, ensuring up-to-date information).
• Experience performing bug verification and release testing for one or more web-based products.
• Experience designing and installing web pages or web applications.
• Experience providing technical product support to one or more product(s) of low to medium complexity.
